ELECTRICAL777 provides air conditioning installation and servicing, and electrical work, for homes and businesses in Essex and the surrounding areas. This policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you use electrical777.com or contact us.
If you have a question about this policy or your information, email admin@electrical777.com or call 07545 552264.
When you send an enquiry through our website, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and the details in your message. If you call or email us, we keep the details you give us so we can deal with your request.
Our website also records basic technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and security providers use to keep the site working and secure.
If you accept advertising cookies, the Meta Pixel also collects information about your visit. See Cookies and the Meta Pixel below.
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out work, and keep records of the work we do for you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your permission.
We use your enquiry details because you have asked us to contact you about work before entering into a contract, and once we work for you, to carry out that contract. We keep job records where the law requires us to, for example for tax and electrical certification. We use the Meta Pixel only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We share your details only with the companies we use to run our website and email (website hosting, security and content delivery, and email services), and with anyone the law requires us to share it with. These companies may use your information only to provide their service to us.
If you accept advertising cookies, information about your visit is also shared with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which runs Facebook and Instagram. Meta may transfer it outside the UK. See Cookies and the Meta Pixel below.
We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. We keep records of work we carry out for as long as the law requires, usually 6 years.
Our website uses the cookies it needs to work and to stay secure. It also remembers your cookie choice in a cookie called e7_consent for 6 months. Some pages show YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube may set cookies if you play one.
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. With your consent, our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. It sets cookies such as _fbp and tells Meta about your visit: the pages you view, whether you send us an enquiry, and technical details such as your IP address and browser. It may also send Meta a scrambled (hashed) version of the email address or phone number you type into our enquiry form, so Meta can match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account. We use this to measure how our adverts perform and to show them to people likely to be interested. Meta also uses this information for its own purposes, as described in Meta’s privacy policy.
The Meta Pixel only loads if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email admin@electrical777.com.
If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.
